Professional and Competent
From start to finish Natalie was professional and competent. She did everything she promised on time. She answered all text messages, emails, and phone calls promptly. She does not do the false, overstating, over inflating that so many agents do. She is realistic, sensible, and reliable. Her photographer was great. (We had listed the house previously and photos were soso, and offers low.) Our closing was a breeze because Natalia followed thru on every stage of the process. Selling a house is exhausting, confusing, time consuming. If you want an agent that guides you thru everyone of those steps hire Natalie. Her gift at closing were cookies shaped like a “for sale sign”, “door key”, “real estate sign”, etc. What a great way to complete our mission of selling our home. She really is the best.
